I am, Chelsea Welch

I am a life coach, and also a multi-passionate creative. After over a decade of working in both the arts and now entertainment industry I have explored all of things I’ve felt called to, from building my own art series, to my career as photo editor at People Magazine, and Variety. I did all of those things very afraid, yet willing to take chance on myself. And every single time I landed on my feet. Alongside all of that, there has always been this inner knowing that my deepest calling is to help others, so that they can begin building a life that feels aligned for themselves also. I’m here to support you through life’s transitions, so that you have a gentle place to land, and some guidance throughout your next steps towards your life goals. We don’t gate-keep around here.

“Every inch of progress, every ounce of love, every truly meaningful action from here on out will happen through courage, not comfort”

— Prentis Hemphill

I came to this work through healing parts of myself.

The reason I am so passionate about this work is because I’ve experienced how having access to healing modalities can transform your life. Before I started healing, I had buried a lot of grief, and it was showing up in my relationships, my career, and my lack of self trust. I didn’t know who I was, what I truly wanted, and my anxiety and fear were leading my life. Then I found therapy, and mental health resources through books, and other’s sharing their stories, and slowly things began to shift. I started to trust myself. To make decisions from a place of clarity rather than fear.

I believe the healing journey is lifelong, but as our self trust deepens, the path gets easier, more joyful and free. Having support along the way didn’t just guide me, it changed how I loved, and showed up for myself and others.

My Approach

Every part of you is considered in our work together.

This means we tend to look at things from various angles, whether that be emotional, physical, relational, or systemic. We uncover where the blocks are in these areas, so you can start building a healthier foundation for your goals. Because a pattern that shows up in one area rarely stays there, it ripples out into everything.

I like to incorporate somatics, visualization, and parts work approaches into my practice for clients who benefit from these tools. However, with each client we will work together to find the approach that works best for you and your current needs.

Built into the coach-client relationship is accountability. Together, we create goals that support your future self so that you can move past any areas of stuck-ness and move towards your future with more ease and confidence.
