CREATE THE WORK THAT DOESN’T FEEL LIKE WORK

If you are reading this, chances are there is some part of you that feels like you have a desire to create, but for some reason keep choosing not to.
I had a beautiful session with a client the other day that reminded me…a lot of times we are tired, exhausted and anxious because we are doing things that drain our energy. We spend so many hours over functioning in jobs we don’t like, with people we don’t like.

Our creativity is our force of life. It’s what gives us energy.

Creating gives us a sense of control, freedom, and hope. It reminds us that we are not stuck, that we have so much to give, even when there are conditions that are outside of our control
